I recently purchased a refurbished unlocked zte mf970 lte mifi router from Amazon online store.

But to my surprise when the pocket mifi arrived truely speaking it was unlocked but the network signal was locked but the wifi signal is transmitting when I inserted an enabled Lte sim card operating on Band() 800Mhz by name “Smile” operating in Nigeria.

Thus when the sim is inserted the network indicates Limited Service.

From data settings on the zte the router was locked to Rogers and Fido network in Canada.

Thus I need you to respond to the following issues:

    (1) Can this router work with Nigerian network knowing fully well it has most of Nigerian network frequencies?

    (2) The router quite well arrived in Nigeria unlocked but the network was locked to Rogers & Fido network. What can be done to unlock the network so that the router can work with all the manufacturer specified band in Nigeria?

    (3) If the locked network in this router can be unlocked as to enable it work in Nigeria what step should I follow to unlock it.

    (4) if I purchase a BRAND NEW Unlocked ZTE mf970 pocket mifi router will I be faced with the same network issues with nigeria enabled Lte sim cards over unlock related matters?

Please I need your advice on each of the above questions
